Main Speech outline

First within my speech I will be examining the main purpose of this commercial which is to obviously sell the google brand or more specifically the google home device. They try to portray that the device is essential to those that want to remember the very important details about their life. They emphasize and almost overuse the strategy of pathos within this commercial. It is so emotional that you almost want to cry. It expresses a man losing his wife and wanting to remember everything about her. The nonspecific part of this commercial is that they are trying to show you what the google device can be used for, therefore, the not direct purpose of this ad. The audience for this was those who were watching the superbowl and as we all know, the superbowl commercials are always extra. Also, the importance of this device is illustrated because so many older people are developing dementia and they show that direct purpose within the commercial. The amount that this commercial pulls at your ...

Analyzing Commercial

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xSxXiHwMrg The author or producer of this ad is obviously google and that is shown from their brand name appearing after the ad. The audience of this ad are those who are in need of google products or already have access to their products and simply demonstrate the value of those products to the audience. They are trying to tear at your heart strings by using an elderly man trying not to forget the love of his life, therefore, he...

After scrolling through the entire publication, I have decided how to utilize this academic source best. I will use it for structure, having to do with the findings first followed by circumstantial conclusions. Also I will use it to compare it to new findings in research and how they compare. The genre this research fits into would be academic research. 2. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1043661817303559 This source will also be utilized for structure, language, and references. It delves a bit further into more recent research and can be used to compare the findings in the fore mentioned cite. This is also an academic writing cite. This...
